Payment-

- I DO HALFWAY PAYMENT! Meaning I sketch out ur oc free of charge and then send you a screenshot that is WATERMARKED and then require half of the payment if all is good. At that point in time you are encouraged to ask for adjustments of the sketch for the final piece, if all looks good you then have to pay the rest when the final piece is done and then I’ll send you over the finished pieces with no water mark besides my small initials somewhere in the piece. You may ask for any changes on the sketch. Once linework begins, you may not ask for large changes. Small details may be changed. I will not begin work on a final piece until payment. If, for any reason, I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a refund.
- I accept payment through paypal, cash app, or ko-fi. I don't accept Cryptocurrency as payment. The price is in USD. It is not up to me to figure out how conversion rates work. I cannot control the strength of money
- I may charge by the complexity of the design given. If it's super detailed, the price may increase.
-If you file a chargeback without contacting me prior or if you do so when i have already finished your art, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and i may repurpose it however i see fit . Since it wasn't paid for it isn't yours.You will be blacklisted, blocked and your name will be publicly posted as a warning to others.I also have every right to file a complaint and to the money you have given me.

General-

- I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason. No discriminatory content
-A small watermark will be on the finished piece. Do not cover up/remove it. Doing so will get you blacklisted. You may post the commission on any platform but credits must be given.
- Do not use to feed/teach AI
- I, Cerberus/Moonchild, maintain the rights to the drawing, not the client. Therefore I can use the piece to promote my commissions on social platforms and my website.
-ALL of my artwork is for personal use only, this means unless previously discussed with me you do not have permission to in any way profit off of my artwork, or use it for any kind of advertisement, anything mass produced that may be used as “merchandise” or anything else that may be seen as branding.

process & Alterations-

- I complete the commission in my own time (within the month). Unless you specifically pay for rush order delivery, your order will be completed according to my queue.
- Before DMing me, please gather all references you may want me to use. This includes character images/color palette, outfit inspo, poses, etc. Please please please please! Send references if possible! They are very important to making YOUR commission look the best of my ability!
-TAT: 4 days to at least a week and a half depending on complexity.

Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for client’s personal purposes. All prices are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.
Commercial Work can be discussed further but the prices would depend on what the client wants.
